It's strange to be known so universally,

and yet to be so lonely,

Language has created the word 'loneliness'

to express the pain of being alone,

Where it has also created the word 'solitude'

to express the glory of being alone,

And I always meet the real me in this zone,

I find myself when I walk alone !

I walk in the darkness,

so that others can see the light,

Well sometimes, when you're in the dark,

you think you've been buried,

But actually you've been planted,

To this reality, many great souls are yet unknown,

I find myself when I walk alone !

To live is the hardest thing in the world,

Maybe that's why most people just exist,

Undermining the fact;

you only fail when you stop trying,

Then I evaluate myself,

Adding steps to that smooth ground

accompanied by the breeze blown,

And I find myself when I walk alone !

This world is a masterpiece,

Here, dead people receive more flowers than living ones,

'cause regret is stronger than gratitude,

Here, even sleep doesn't help

If it's your soul that's tired,

To live alone is the fate of all great souls,

This is what exactly almighty has shown,

I find myself when I walk alone !

What a lovely surprise to finally discover,

how unlonely being alone can be,

And taking a deep breathe consoling yourself,

It's just a bad day not a bad life,

'cause to each one this darkest fact is ever known,

And yes, I find myself when I walk alone !
